Refund Policy All refunds are subject to and may be charged $25 processing fee. Refund request will be processed within 10 business days of their request date . Refunds requested after May 25th are subject to management approval. Registration fee's will not be refunded once camp has started.   Tuition refunds will be reimbursed based on the following criteria: Tuition refunds requested 4 weeks before your scheduled start date - 90% Tuition refunds requested 3 weeks before your scheduled start date - 70% Tuition refunds requested 2 weeks before your scheduled start date - 50% Refunds will not be given for any fee's requested within 2 weeks of your scheduled start date
